After 11 years post double lung transplant, Harry Cremers passed away in his home on February 22, 2015 at the age of 71. Harry is survived by his wife Colleen; son Robert and his mother Madeline; mother Dora; sister Lea (Dave) Willis; and brother Hans (Maureen). A time of visitation and informal celebration of Harry's life will be held at Choice Memorial Cremation & Funeral Services (105-4715 13th Street NE) on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm.
