Obituary for Ronald Horst Kuchler

Ronald Horst Kuchler
Ronald H Kuchler
May 20, 1948 - January 30, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ronald Kuchler on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in Calgary, AB. Born in Langen, Germany, he immigrated to Calgary at the age of 7. He spent most of his years raising his family and taking them on really long road trips as driving and cars were his passions. When not spending time with his family, his time was spent painting for a living and working in the church.

He leaves to mourn his wife Helga of 41 years and his children Tamara, Jordan and Jeremy. Also left to grieve is his brother Tom and nephews Ryan (Liz) and Zak of Calgary; his mother-in-law Anne of Cranbrook, B.C.; his sister-in-law Michelle (Bill) and nephews William and Fred of Seattle, WA; and his sister-in-law Maureen of Calgary. He was predeceased by his father Horst (1961), his mother Maria (2011) and his sister Sylvia (2011).

With his health failing rapidly, he seldom complained and it gives us comfort to know that his soul has gone to be under our Lord’s care and keeping, where mortal concerns have no place.

A Funeral Service will be held at the New Apostolic Church (133 Rainbow Falls Drive,Chestermere, AB) on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate sharing of photos, condolences and stories of Ronald through www.choicememorial.com or a donation to Tom Baker Cancer Centre through albertacancer.ca. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Choice Memorial Cremation & Funeral Services (403) 277-7343.
