On Sunday, February 11th, 2018 Ernie passed away at the Dulcina Hospice in Calgary with family at his side. Ernie grew up on the family farm near Lyleton, Manitoba.

He is survived by his wife, Marion, children: Chantelle (Scott) Erdman of Bethune, SK and Carter of Calgary. Grandchildren: Taenelle (Tayler) Hinger of Regina, Talen and Tyce Erdman of Bethune, SK.

He was employed by oilfield companies until he formed his company (Paraffin Services Ltd.) at Brooks, AB. He built equipment for his own company as well as others.

We would like to thank the staff at the Dulcina Hospice in Calgary for their exceptional care.

A small Service for family and friends will be held on Friday, February 16, 2018 at King of Glory Lutheran Church, Calgary.
