Donald Gene Poffenroth passed away on October 17, 2018 at the age of 74.
Donald worked as a miner at Inco in Thompson, Manitoba. He also owned and operated his own businesses such as a pet store, (his kids have many stories of all the exotic animals including a Gibbons Ape and Lion cubs) and janitorial companies.
He spent much of his time at his beloved home in Mexico, enjoying the sun and the beach.
Donald is survived and remembered by his 3 children, 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and his nephews. He was predeceased by his Father (Henry), Mother (Lydia), and Sister (Judy).
