August 16th, 1989 - October 7th, 2018
On Sunday October 7th 2018, Joshua Tice, had a weak moment and made a forever choice.
It is with heavy hearts that we remember him as a loving father to his four children: Luca, Mason, Jerrid and Elizabeth, an adoring fiancé, best friend and soulmate to Katrina Ruzic, and a friend to each and every person he came into contact with. Josh will forever be cherished as a man who loved his family unconditionally, who always tried to see the best in people and who never missed an opportunity to make you laugh.
Joshua was typically seen wearing a baseball hat, and for this reason we are asking everyone to wear their favourite baseball hat to the service.
This tragedy could have been averted and no families should go through this painful experience of grieving a loved one who’s time was cut too short. Please reach out for help through family, friends, the Suicide Hotline and the Distress Centre.
A Memorial Service will be held at Choice Memorial (105-4715 13th Street NE) on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 3:00 pm.
